We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Adoption Manager Network (m/f/d). As a Solution Adoption Manager Network, you will play a key role in improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), fostering employee digital dexterity and ensuring proficient application adoption within our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to implement, manage and continually refine strategies to drive the adoption and proficiency of our network solutions.

• ​​​​​​Lead efforts to improve DEX by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline digital interactions for employees.
• Plan and execute strategies to drive adoption and proficiency of network applications, leveraging in-application guidance and other resources to facilitate smooth adoption processes.
• Develop and implement methodologies to measure digital employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity after implementation of changes.
• Continuously monitor application adoption metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues to understand organisational needs and challenges, and collaborate to develop effective adoption strategies.
• Promote the importance of digital adoption within the technology organisation and across functional teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network and its implementation
• Experience of configuration management in Network environments
• Proven track record of driving and reporting on Network technology adoption
• Project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Human Change Management (HCM) frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
